Knowledgebase Articles
Thousands of topic based, how-to articles with helpful screenshots and clear instruction. Articles are fully searchable and editable with rich-text formatting, file attachments, keywords and categories. Organizations can also create their own unique articles to suit their needs, or edit the existing ones. Users can configure articles to be related to other articles, videos, or full courses.

Quicklist
Much like bookmarking in a web browser, users can add any videos, courses, or articles to their Quicklist and to keep it as a reference in the future.
Additionally, users with Helpdesk and Admin accounts have the ability to add content to other users' Quicklist. This proves especially useful for Helpdesk workers, since they can add a videos and articles directly to another user's Quicklist in order to quickly answer any question they may have concerning that topic.
- Add/Remove any article, video, or full course
- Add the most relevant content you need
- Powerful filtering of your Quicklist to further streamline finding the content you want
- Your Quicklist indicates whether an item in your list was added by you or your admin
