KeyStone OnDemand is considered a Software-As-A-Service (or SAAS) solution, which refers to computer based applications and services that are provided via remote delivery to end users rather than as a packaged product to be purchased and installed by the end user. KeyStone OnDemand allows your organization to immediately start learning, so product licensing includes everything you need, so you don’t need to worry about hidden IT, support and/or technology costs that can quickly add up to as much as ten times the original licensing fees.
- Can I access from more than one computer?

Yes. Each course license is intended for one user only; however you can access the training from multiple machines and locations. In order to prevent abuse, we do track the IP numbers and may audit an organization that has a user account that is logging in from multiple IP addresses or indicates abnormal usage.
- Can my entire organization use KeyStone OnDemand?

Yes. KeyStone OnDemand allows you to add as many users your licensing allows within your organization that you want, from any physical location. As the IT Administrator of a given account (e.g. ABC LLC), you have the ability to add and assign course licenses to users within your organization.
- What Internet connection speed is required?

KeyStone OnDemand works with the most commonly used browsers (including Microsoft Internet Explorer 7+ and Mozilla Firefox 3+) and Operating Systems (Windows XP/Vista, Mac OSX 10.5+) supporting Adobe Flash Player 9.0.124.0 or later. For optimal performance, computer’s should have at least a 1.5GHz processor or faster (e.g. Intel P4, Core Duo, etc) with an internet connection supporting 250kbps or higher download speed (500kbps recommended).
- How does KeyStone OnDemand work?

In the same way you would log on to your favorite Web site, you can securely connect to KeyStone OnDemand and begin learning without any additional IT Administration or support required. Built on a world-class infrastructure and delivered via a distributed web platform, KeyStone OnDemand allows your organization to easily manage and share information easily through any internet connection.
- Can we purchase KeyStone OnDemand on a month-to-month basis?

Yes, KeyStone OnDemand is available only on a monthly subscription with a minimum commitment of 12 months.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art redundant server infrastructure is hosted and professionally managed by recognized leaders in high-end hosting, including (but not limited to) Rackspace, Amazon Web Services and Internap.
- How quickly can my company be up and running?

With KeyStone OnDemand, your organization can be up and running within 2-4 business hours, depending upon when your order is confirmed and processed. A control panel is provided which allows for bulk importing users from a spreadsheet. Instructions are provided within the system.
- Can we install KeyStone OnDemand within our IT environment?

Since KeyStone OnDemand is an on-demand service delivered over the web, there is no hardware or software to buy, install, or maintain. Just point your browser to your organization’s custom-branded login page and enter your username and password.

- Do you provide support to our end-users?

KeyStone OnDemand provides unlimited Tier 1 support via email for licensed users and optional Tier 2 support over the phone for organizations that would like to upgrade their support options. The majority of email support issues are addressed within 2-4 hours of receiving it.
- Can I upload a Cisco WebEx recording to KeyStone OnDemand?

Yes. If your Cisco WebEx recording is in WebEx’s *WebEx Recording Format (WRF)* format, you can download a free Recording Converter from WebEx to convert recorded meetings into single movie files that can than be uploaded to KeyStone OnDemand to be used as a stand-alone video asset or added to your custom course using KeyStone OnDemand’s Course Builder. To download the converter from WebEx, please visit https://mymeetings.webex.com/client/wbs25-vzbprodins/ateditor.msi.
Once you have installed the “WebEx Recording Editor:” 1) open your .wrf file; then 2) Click “File –> ‘Export to’ ” and then determine a file name.
It is recommended to use the default options provided for conversion. The completed file should now be ready to upload to KeyStone OnDemand.
- Is KeyStone OnDemand available in other languages besides English?

At this time the KeyStone OnDemand interface is only available in English; however, other languages, such as German, French and Spanish are planned in a future release.
- Can I upload a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 recording to KeyStone OnDemand?

If your Microsoft Live Meeting recording is in Microsoft’s *High Fidelity Presentation (HFP)* format, you can download a free Recording Converter for Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 to convert recorded meetings into single movie files that can than be uploaded to KeyStone OnDemand to be used as a stand-alone video asset or added to your custom course using KeyStone OnDemand’s Course Builder.
